When third-party LOS loan officers access the Lender Price system to price a loan, iFrames are used to wrap the interactive session within the parent page.

Two options are available for integrating iFrame functionality with third-party LOS platforms:

• Generic integration with an LOS platform.

  This option allows loan officers to access the Lender Price UI to price and lock loans.

  As part of this integration, the LOS is required to develop and integrate several APIs which will be called by the Lender Price Pricing Backend.

• Lender Price Quick Pricer

  This option utilizes a series of callback functions to grant loan officers access the Lender Price UI to price loans.

  The price locking of loans by Lender Price is not supported with this option.
